Accessibility statement for axeazy.com.
We build a product that tells other companies the truth about their site's accessibility, so we hold this site to the same standard we hold customers to: partial conformance, disclosed honestly, not a claim of perfection.
Conformance target.
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim axeazy.com is WCAG compliant or ADA compliant. That determination can only be made with confidence by a qualified human auditor, and, like every site we scan for customers, automated testing alone only verifies part of the picture.
What we've built to meet it.
- Automated scanning. We run axe-core, the same engine our product runs against customer sites, against our own pages on an ongoing basis and fix what it finds.
- Color contrast tuned past the minimum. Our text colors on the paper canvas measure 18.4:1, 11.3:1, and 9.0:1 against background, all comfortably inside AAA, not just the AA minimum, specifically so small mono-spaced captions still read clearly.
- Visible keyboard focus. Every interactive element shows a visible focus ring when navigated by keyboard, and a skip-to-main-content link is the first stop on every page.
- Reduced motion respected. If your system is set to reduce motion, our animations shorten to effectively nothing site-wide, checked both at the CSS level and inside our animation library.
- Semantic structure. Each page has one main landmark and a single top-level heading.
Known limitations.
Automated tools, ours included, reliably verify around 30 to 40% of WCAG success criteria. The rest needs a human reviewer, and we are still working through that manual pass ourselves. Specific limitations we know about right now:
- Our checkout is rendered by Paddle inside an embedded frame. We chose Paddle in part for its own accessibility posture, but we do not control that code and cannot make claims about it beyond what Paddle publishes itself.
- Some content on this site (blog posts, and per-customer pages like accessibility statements and compliance badges we generate for our own customers) is created or loaded dynamically. We review it, but not every dynamically loaded page gets the same manual pass as our core marketing pages.
