What it is: a verifiable, timestamped record that this site runs an ongoing accessibility scanning and remediation program through Axeazy. For the most common WCAG violation categories, Axeazy generates a code fix for the site owner to review and publish; "fixes generated" counts those proposals, and "violations remediated" counts only issues a later scan confirmed are gone. Remaining items are tracked for human review.

What it isn't: a claim of ADA or WCAG conformance. Automated tools cannot test every WCAG criterion; the rest requires human review.
